I'm trying to upgrade my phone but I can't see how to access the SIM card. My phone is a Galaxy S7 issued by Sky directly around 10 years ago. The card tray only houses the memory card and is not the same as any photos I can see via an internet search. Did Sky adapt the phone somehow in order the SIM card is permanently house

@MichelleLJukes Sky has not adapted the phone in any way; it is shipped directly from a warehouse. The SIM should be in the same tray as the memory card.
Thank you - it's totally baffling. The tray 100% only houses the memory card & when I remove it the phone acknowledges that the SIM card has been removed.....but there is only the memory card & no sign of a SIM card
