Ordered a new handset on tuesday the 25th not knowing they were out of stock so has anyone been in this predicament before when ordering a new phone from sky? just wondering how long it takes before they get there new stock as it said i would get it within a week and i am not quite sure i will as i am away on holiday soon and would like to take it with me

Being customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. The most up to date information on your particular order should be available at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
Any mention of 'on back order' means there is no stock available to fulfill your order.
Once it’s on its way you should get two emails, one from Sky, and then one from DPD with details of your 1 hour delivery time slot and name of driver.
edit: if you ordered the iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max they are in short supply worldwide as Apple can't keep up with demand.
