You need to give Sky a call asap so they can open a complaint with DPD.

Thanks I have already done so. Just concerned and wondered how common this was. Don't want to be left with. Contract and no phone.

Luckily not too common afaik (although doesn't help you). I ordered two replacement iPhones last week and I feared the worst when the outer packaging was bashed in but both inside and undamaged.
