Sky Mobile Bill Update

You may have noticed that the layout of your Sky Mobile bill has changed. Our recent changes should now make it easier for you to manage your bill online. 

 

A key change that you might have noticed is that you’ll now see your most recent bill upon accessing your Mobile bill via the website or My Sky app. This allows you to view any recent charges to your mobile bill.

Usages and allowances

 

To see a complete summary of the charges or the full breakdown of call, text and data usage for a future billing period, select Next Predicted. From there, you can access your next three estimated bills. 

 

You can also access up to 24 months of previous mobile bills by selecting Previous from your bill.

Please note: Unlike finalised bills, estimated bills are subject to change.
