Sky Menu locking Sim
Had sky mobile sim for many months. Worked fine. Transferred it to new unlocked phone, worked fine for a while then reverted to emergency calls only and unrecognised number. Seems to coincide with Sky autoinstall of Sky Menu. I haven't been abroad yet Menu states "Roaming". I cannot change it to "home". Put Sim back in old phone. Recognised Sim and number, then 30 seconds later autoinstall of Sky Menu and yes, it set to Roaming and locked me out. Any ideas before I escalate?
