I have tried my sky mobile sim in 2 Samsung devices and it won't work

Has the sim been activated or was it previously on another phone ?

I broke my phone and borrowed a phone,I have a sky mobile sim that was activated but when I put it in the other phone it Sat's no network,that's with calls and texts

Try requesting the settings to the sim from the Sky website

 

:Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
