Sim replacement

Hi, 

 

I've some how managed to block my original sim as I've activated a sim that wasn't out of time to activate. I don't know how or why but it's blocked my original sim & number so now I can't make calls or recieve etc as I have no signal at all other than WiFi. I just wanted to have a new replacement one sent out again with same number & plan but I can't make the call to talk to anyone? 

is there any other way I can do this ?

What did you do, exactly?  Did you activate the SIM as a 'replacement'?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
