Sim renewal

Good evening, 

Would it be possible, to request a puk code, as my contract is on a rolling basis. Then take out a new eSIM contract with the deals going. Or would this complicate things?

Hi @tebarnes  you can't use a PAC code within a network. If you call sky on 150 they may give you one of the deals on your old sim but they may say no. The only other way is to buy a new sim/plan then port your old number to a different network on PAYG then port it back onto the new sim.

Ah okay. I'll give them a ring tomorrow, it's a shame they can't offer new deals from the upgrade menus. Just makes you want to cancel and join another network.
