Sim problems

Hi have transferred my old number to my new sky sim and have had confirmation emails but the sim Isn't being recognised by my phone so I have no use of my phone unless on Wi-Fi, is a replacement sim possible?

Was the sim working before your number from your previous network was transferred to it ?
