Hi, just switched to Sky from O2 and have problems which aren't getting resolved following other tips from similar posts.

I have a a pixel 6 and cannot turn on RCS chats or WiFi calling, these both worked perfectly on O2. RCS is just stuck in verify number mode (ported from O2) and WiFi calling has just vani

vanished. Are these features available with Sky?

Hi @Gareth_80  sky mobile don't yet support RCS on all phones and only guarantee WiFi calling works on phone purchased from them. If the phone isn't purchased from them then sometimes it works but other times not.

Another thing I have seen cause issues @Gareth_80  is that RCS can't be activated on a sim that you ported in your old number to. So if you can't get it working call sky on 150 and ask for a replacement sim. That should come with your number already embedded and may help get it working.

Thank you for the tips, I have decided to move to another provider now as I'm still within my 14 day cooling off period.
