Sim not working

I have a contract iPhone 15 with sky and a sky SIM card. I have never missed any payments. This morning my phone said "sim failure" and I haven't had any signal to make calls, texts or use data. After turning my phone on and off a few times signal came back for around 2 hours but it's gone again. I can't even ring sky to query this as I have no signal to make a call.

Sim failure might mean the sim itself has developed a fault so if you haven't got another phone you can use to call Sky about this then try one of the social media links at the bottom of the page as it might be worth asking Sky to send you a replacement sim to try.
