'Blocked' would usually be something different

Mine says not available, I'm running 2 sims on different networks other sim is fine

Hi My Sim has somehow stopped working since yesterday It goes to voice mail whenever I call this number from my other phone could you please look into the reason for this inconvenience

We're other customers here - we cannot look into anything...
