Mobiile data

I have 27 days until next bill yet they say my data has ran out. I haven't used my mobile. So what has happened

@marygalla  Are you a new customer? First months data is pro rata, you don't get full allocation until second month

When you first activate the sim you do not get the full allowance so you would not get 50GB as what you get is based on the number of days before it resets which is your billing date after which you will then get the full 50GB each month.
