I activated new sim on Tuesday evening - it's now Thursday and still isn't working. Sky app just says we're working on it. Is there a problem?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere appears to be an issue with your sim as it should have activated by now so you will need to speak to Sky support as they might want to cancel that one and get you another one sent out to try.
