How do you normally pay? You should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up. You should leave that process to work and not be tempted to make a manual payment.

What does the bill on the MySky app or online here show:

 

https://www.sky.com/mobile-bill

 

Does it show as being paid, if it does then it is either in the process of being taken or it has been paid.
