Expensive data bill

I upgraded my data from 50gb to 100gb there was only a £2 difference In price to do this. However I am now being charged an extra £10+

Hi @Katie+B1200  as fellow customers we can't see your bill. If you look at your future bills what does it say ? You will need to call sky on 150 for help.

When you increase your data plan it becomes effectively immediately and billing is increased temporarily due to this.  (And the month in advance is charged as well)

 

Check if your future bills are at the expected level.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I was immediately charged £30 on top of my usual bill and then an additional £10+ on my normal bill the month after.

Does the following months bills also show the same increase, if ut does you will have to call Sky about this.
