Sim locked. Need puk

Hi. My phone had been working fine today until about 8.30am. I picked it up to call my son and it's come up with sim locked, need puk, contact provider. I have tried your 'bot' but it can't help. I just keep going round in circles.

I am disabled, housebound and on my own. My phone is my lifeline, I don't know why this has happened. Please help. Thank you.

Hi @Kate121232  the normal PUK for sky is eight zeros (won't let actually post the eight zeros).
