Error when trying to do valuation

I am trying to upgrade my Ipad 2022 early by returning it and getting money for it to pay off the credit as I want a MacBook instead for college, but as soon as I click on the product I want and go to do the valuation it comes up with error and tells me to click the link below or refresh the page - but there is no link and refreshing the page brings me back to the very start. I don't want to call as I have severe social anxiety and it terrifies me, is there anyone that can help me?

Hi @Sevans1  if you have tried with a different browser and it's still the same you will need to contact sky. If you can't call then try the social media links at the bottom of this page to see if they can help you.
