Sim has been cancelled by yourselves

I had an email stating if I wanted to change my sim if i didn't don't reply or do anything it will continue as normal. Now it has been cancelled ???

Your sim would not be cancelled unless the account holder called Sky to do this ?

 

Your post regarding this email isn't very clear so do we presume that this email is saying that if you want to continue with the same offer on the sim that you do not need to do anything ?

@Emilybarlow  A sim would only be removed from your account if it wasn't activated in the 1st place, was the sim activated?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
