SIM contracts are 12 months.  Please explain why you think you're being charged?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I asked for a pac code to swap  to another company and it said I had to pay £25.50 or stay until November. Thank you for replying x

You'll have to call Sky (on 150) and see why they think you are subject to a minimum term.

Did you negotiate a special deal last November ? As that would tie you in to a new 12 month term.
