Sim card

Supposed to have sent the 100mb sim card free subscription with new phone , one wasn't sent so phoned sky on phone for 1 hour trying to make them understand what as gone wrong. Once I got them to release they said they would send a new sim but its been 10 days now and still nothing. Any ideas what to do were I'm not stuck on phone and trying to make them understand a simple problem

Are you able to order one yourself from here if the 100mb one shows for you:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.

I can order one for £5 a month but you can't order a 100mb sim that is £0 a month that you could get with phone with the one I ordered. Thanks
