SIM not arrived

I ordered a SIM card so I could transfer to SKY Mobile but it has not arrived. My account states that delivery was completed on 1st November 2024 but I have not received it.

Assuming your address is correct on your account then try ordering another one:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.

 

Any unactivated sim is automatically cancelled after 30 days.
