Added new mobile plan to new iPad, original plan has stopped working on existing iPad

As above, no network connection on old machine. Both sims have different telephone numbers. "AI" support lines can't understand my problem... need to speak to someone about it.

Did you order this new plan on the sim the iPad already has because if you didn't it might be on a new sim that is on its way to you,

No, I used a sim that came with the new iPad, inserted it and activated it - it's working in the new iPad.

Try contacting  Sky again and when asked any questions by the bot say nothing.

Thank a, got though and they are sending me a news I'm for the old iPad.

I stalled the replacement (?) sim but still no job - will call again on Monday.

When you activated the new SIM did you select as a replacement or as an additional plan?  (If it was a replacement then the original SIM will stop working)

 

How many dataplans does your account show?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
