Sim card

I have seen several people have had the same issue. Trying to activate my sim signed into my sky account and it says already linked but won't let me activate it. When I try to complete set up in my account in the sky app just get the spinning load wheel nothing happens.

So I take it that it is doing this when you are trying to activate it, if so you will need to find a way to contact Sky perhaps via a different phone to ask them to activate it for you.

Does the same spinning wheel occur of you use a different browser ?

Hi yes nothing will load even with google.
