Keeps asking Link SkyID to activate SIM - already linked. Going round in circles.
Hi. Need to activate SIM. Asks to link ID, fill in details, says already linked. Go back to activate SIM and ask to link again. Going round in circles. Cannot call Sky at this time. Thanks

Sky is telling me by email that my phone is ready to use sky Sim every time I try to do it it goes oops error then it's telling me that my account has been cancelled please what is going on? It's getting very very frustrating
