Sim activation

Activated new sim, got a tick and message text woul follow. No text and sim not registered on network

When did you activate this sim as sometimes it can take a little while to start working.

It should have activated by now so you will have to find a way to contact Sky perhaps via social media if you haven't got another phone you can use, as they might want to send you another sim to try.

Thanks. The SIM card was active for several months. I forgot the Pin and got locked as I changed the phone.

Will go online and get a replacement SIM, as the default PIN does not work.
