Sim activation

Just before Christmas I decided to have a look at the offers as I was thinking about gifts for my daughter and sure enough I saw just the thing MacBook, dongle, and sim brilliant as she can access the internet when we are travelling out and about so after Christmas I tried to activate the SIM card but was unable to as it said I needed a pac code which I don't have one so I phone sky to get some help in the activation, but the person on the phone wasn't interested in the sim he was just trying to get me to have a new phone 🤬 so when I convinced him I didn't want a phone just the sim activated he put me on hold several times then hung up 🤬🤬🤬 so I emailed you several times, I have sent messages several times and still no reply still no help, but you are happy enough to keep taking my money so I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving (removed) now please just take your products back (removed)

When you ordered the Mac did you also order a sim by ordering a data plan ?

 

Do note that you would need a dongle to use the sim with the Mac as the Mac itself doesn't have a sim slot,

So you can't activate the sim card via your online account, the same one you used when placing the order:

No as I said in my main post  when I tried to activate it online it said I need a pac code ????!  this why I so irate Jesus

Very odd as a pac code is only used when transferring a number so all you can do is to contact Sky via social media so facebook messenger or Whatsapp to see if they can get this activated for you.
