I have upgraded/swapped the two mobile phones on my account but it now shows that I have 4 devices but I upgraded the old two for new ones so I should still only have two devices, not four. I cannot afford to pay for four devices! The sims from
the old phones are now in the new phones

Find out moreThe devices you have returned to Sky will remain on your account for around 150 days, this doesn't mean you will be billed for them as that should stop once they have been inspected by the company that handles returns and a final valuation is agreed.

But you will have to pay for all 4 until the return is processed. (Obviously the money is not 'lost')
