I brought a new phone and a new sim and I've tried to activate the sim but it's not allowing me as it's saying I've already linked my account and no other options for next step what should I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you have linked your account then you don't need to link it again you need to now make sure you are logged in with the correct details which should then allow you to activate the sim.
