Faulty Mobile Mast

Our village has no mobile signal at all at the moment due to problems with a mast on a business park in the village. It's been over 2 weeks now, so I can't use my mobile. Last night I soent an hour on the phone with Richard from Sky, who got me to reset my settings. Since then I cannot connect to the wifi (also sky), but my 3 sky Q boxes and my laptop are commected to my broadband box, and I have NEVER changed the password from the oringial. I absolutely fed up with it now. If I cancel everything and go elsewhere sky will be out by £200 if I move to another providor

Ok, do you have a question for your fellow customers?

Resetting your phone settings won't make it connect to a faulty mast.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Sky doesn't own or maintain any of these masts so it will be up to the owner to carry out the repairs so it is going to be pretty difficult to find out how long this will take so I am surprised that you were not informed this when you spoke to them.
