Sim Issue- Accidently changed to e-sim trying to get a replacement sim. NOW no connection

Accidently changed to e-sim trying to get a replacement sim. NOW no connection. I have no connection at all. the number given via Sky is not valid. IF i go sku store they tell me to call SKY but the numbers arent working.

 

I need to go back to normal sim and to keep my number asap.
