New phone contract

I took out a contract in September but have not used the sim card as I needed to complete my contract with the previous provider. 
I would now like to switch and activate the sky SIM card

Hi @Sian951  you will need to go to sky.com and order a new sim/plan as you only have 31 days to activate then they expire.
