Signing up to sky mobile Ireland
I've tried to sign up to Sky mobile Ireland several times on website as well as agent on phone.
I get the confirmation emails saying we recieved order then shortly after i get a your order has been cancelled email.
Ive called sky support several times and have been no help. I've provided all the neccessary details - current provider account number etc.(Vodafone Ireladn) I can confirm i'm out of contract with them.
I got through to some team in India in which they mentioned there is a back end problem (she wouldnt state what the issue is) and I would recieve an update in while. I've no confidence in this.
Overall this isnt going smoothly which is worrying as Ive been long time broadband and TV customer.

Are you trying to order a device and sim or just a sim as usually if you receive a cancelled dms then it is because you have failed the credit check against a device.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

Please explain what you mean as your issue doesn't appear connected to the issue the original poster had. Are your services restricted due to a missed payment?
