Signing up to sky mobile Ireland - errors

Hi, hoping someone from sky can help, I've spent an hour on chat to a UK representative and no matter how many times I said I was signing up to sky mobile Ireland they didn't get it! 

Anyway trying to sign up to sky mobile Ireland, takes me through all parts, ID submission, credit check and sign the agreement, then when I go to pay the 60euro from the credit check after putting in my card details and approving in my bank app the page just fails to load! 

Can't find a phone number and the chat keeps going to the UK!! Anyone know what the issue is

Incase you are not aware we are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky Ireland.

Have you tried a different web browser to get the order placed ?

No sorry I wasn't aware this was just customers. Yep have tried a different browser. I'll keep trying to contact sky, thanks for the response
