Order disappeared from “My orders”

I placed an order for a phone over 2 weeks ago and it said back order 2-3 weeks at the time. The device has now disappeared from my orders, and I can't find any information about it. What should I do about this & if anyone else has experienced it, what did it mean? Thanks

All you can do is to call Sky or use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them to see if they can locate the order for you.
