Signal problems

Ever since september ive had signal problems with my phone since the mast was deliberatly set on fire in lochgelly how can i get help with this

Hi @Mcl53  if there is a fault with the mast then there isn't much you can do but wait. Sky don't own the masts so are relying on others for that. Once fixed if you call sky they may give you some credit as compensation.

No network

I have no network due to the mast being set on fire i cannot make phone calls neither me or my husband they know about this and wont be fixed until after 28th january 2026, sky hasnt even tried to compensate or keep me up to date with this its so frustrating ive heard sky helping others by giving them monthly compensation ive not recieved or nor offered im just being ignored

Hi @Mcl53  if you call sky once the mast is fixed they may, as a goodwill gesture, offer some credit. It's no good asking until it's fixed as they won't know how long you are without your local service. Bear in mind that as long you can receive a mobile signal, doesn't have to be at your home, then Sky are meeting the terms of the contract.

Your posted the same back in December so your posts have been merged and you were give advice then by @63johnw . 

 

At present there is nothing anyone can do until the owner of the mast (and that is not Sky) repairs iot so once it has been done you need to follow the advcie given twice by @63johnw .
