Signal issue
Has anyone not got signal at all? Tried resetting my phone, tried airplane mode off and on, still nothing.

First thing to try is whether any local mast issues show here?

Hi
I still have no signal it did say a mast was not working the way it should and signak
shouod be on and off but i've had no signal AT ALL for 3 days? Is it best to ring them on monday?

Customer Services (except in the ROI) are open over the weekend but be aware Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so you and everyone else in the area are relying on a third party repair.
