Has anyone not got signal at all? Tried resetting my phone, tried airplane mode off and on, still nothing.

Hi
I still have no signal it did say a mast was not working the way it should and signak
shouod be on and off but i've had no signal AT ALL for 3 days? Is it best to ring them on monday?
