Bill

I tried to move my direct debit my a week, you haven't confirmed this has been changed and now looking for too much money. I want to know why?

Hi @Gr50  if you move your billing date then the next bill will be higher as it covers the days leading up to what would have been your old billing date plus the days of the new billing date. Next month it will be back to normal.

This suggests to me that your billing date has changed as the bill itself is then recalculated as based on pro rated billing. After that bill it should be back to normal on the following one. Have you checked your online bill to see what date your next bill is now due to be taken on ?
