Sick of same problems

Since 2nd June I can't make calls it keep saying " sorry this person is not available ".

i can't send texts 

I can't ring sky as it won't allow me to make calls 

I have turned phone off n on 

Iv take out sim 

can anyone please offer any assistance I have 3 sims in my account ( my daughters phones ) and ALL 3 are NOT working
