Phone calls and data

I cannot make phone calls at all. I also can't send messages. 

It says in my sky app that I have 0GB data left but when I'm out and about I am able to use Facebook Snapchat etc?? I tried to roll data and I am getting an email to say it has rolled over but still says I have 0Gb data left?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Morning daisy I seen you have helped op 

I have 3 sims with sky and all are not working... can't make calls ( says busy) I'm disabled 

it says ring helpline etc but I can't use the phone for any numbers Iv had this issue sine 2nd June 

can you help / advise please
