Its seems that short code sms are suddenly being blocked or opted out of on my phone as since a week or two back I am not receiving 2FA mesages for work from my VPN provider I cant seem to get anyone to review this. I need to know if they are blocked, have them reset routing ensure my number is opted in to receive business 2FA messages again. Worked ok for 4 years

150 is the free number to call Sky on about this as it might need looking at from their end for you.
