Stolen phone

Can someone please help me my phone has been stolen and it's one of your devices and I am being told it isn't insured

Your device is not necessarily insured. If you haven't taken out specific insurance through a company (such as Domestic and General trading as Sky Protect) it may be covered on your house insurance?

If you don't have insurance then you will have to continue paying for it until the outstanding credit is cleared.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
