I was trying to upgrade my phone and even though the bill is up to date I am getting a restriction message on my account. Turns out it was a sky marketplace subscription, so I called and paid the balance for that. However, the restriction is still on the account even though the customer service people say it isn't. How can I get this resolved?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @CME when did you clear the balance as it may take a week or two to process. Have you tried ringing sky on 150 and seeing if they can process the upgrade ?

If your phone is working is the message "account restricted" as it might be an issue with your login details.
