Separating the mobile and TV accounts.

I have recently seperated from my wife. We have one account for mobile which I want to keep and she has an account for the TV/Broadband as she is staying in the house. Two seperate account numbers. How do I unlink the two as I don't want to have access to the TV/Broadband account and I don't want her to have access to my mobile account. She has changed billing details but I don't want my name on that account. When I log into Sky ID I have access to both.

This is what Google AI suggests:

 

  1. Access My Account: Log in to your Sky account through the website or the My Sky app.
  2. Navigate to My Profile: Find the "My profile" section.
  3. Select the Account: Identify and choose the specific Sky Mobile account you wish to unlink.
  4. Unlink the Account: Select the option to "Unlink this account". 

If this doesn't work then you will have to call Sky to see if they can do this for you.
