I cant activate my replacement sim card.. it keeps sending me to sky id link

Please help me

I've been sent a replacement sim card

I'm trying to activate it and it then sends me to sky id link 

I fill out details and it says already linked please go back to homepage

I have repeated this 6 times .. ahhh

If it says it is already linked then are you signed in with the correct Sky ID.

If you are sure you are then you will have to contact Sky for help with this.

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
