Sent wrong magic keyboard
Hi
So I placed an order for an iPad air 13 inch and the magic keyboard 13 pro which they said was compatible. I have now got around to opening it and have discovered it is not conpatable and I need to return it as I am paying monthly for it. I cannot find an email address to contact sky and the online help has been no help at all I need the magic keyboard air 13 and not the one they have sent me which is the iPad 13 pro magic keyboard. Anyone who could help me, would be much appreciated

You will need to call Sky about this so the number is 150 from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it.
When sending it off make sure you get and keep the proof of posting receipt.

How long have you had it @Tt36 ? Sky usually have a 31 day cooling off period to return phones/tablets, that may also include accessories. As mentioned you will need to call sky on 150.

I've only had it about a week but only got round to opening it this evening. I'll give them a call tomorrow and see if they can do anything
