Send old device back
Hi I wonder if you would help me I received my upgrade & did not receive my return package so I could send my old device back is there any chance I can get a return package to send it back please

If you have still got it you can use the packaging your new device came in as there is a small return label on the inside of it. If you haven't got it then you will need to call Sky on 150 from a Sky mobile to request more packaging and a label from them.
