changed from 3 to sky and have ported my old number which has been noted on my account. I can make c

Just switched to Sky mobile. I have transferred my old number and this now shows in my account. However, I can make calls but I can't receive any.

Check the settings on your phone to make sure this ported number is the one that is showing so if it is wrong it will need changing.

You may have to reset the network settings.
Is the correct number showing under the phone's settings?
