Find out moreI suspect you received a call claiming to be from Sky offering either a reduction in your bill (perhaps also offering a gift) or stating there is a problem with your account - is this the case? I further suspect they asked for your account details which were given & the scammers have accessed your account & purchased these phones. If they offered a gift then you'll receive another call stating they've sent the wrong gift & that you're to send the gifts back (the phones) but the address will be a safe house & if you do this you'll lose the phones & be liable for the cost.
Did you receive an email thanking you for the purchase? If yes did you contact Sky & cancel the order?
If the phones haven't been dispatched then you should still be able to cancel. However after 4 weeks it sounds like it'll be too late.
You need to contact Sky immediately.

Btw, we are customers here so you are not talking to Sky, for that you will have to call Sky.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line
